B'york KL has all you need to make a special occasion into a memorable one. You may even find yourself ordering some of the decor for your own home.

 

This halal-friendly space allow people from all walks of life to curate parties to remember. Our unique approach to food service means that guests can choose from sharing platters to butler service to adding the dramatic entertainment of Live Stations where chefs will prepare food right in front of guests.

B'york KL Main Hall

An alfresco concept where Syeba’s magical styling touch has taken her signature concept of a lush green garden and added a chic, mid-century contemporary feel to B'york KL. Located at Level 1 in G Village, this indoor garden venue space can accommodate up to 160 pax seated, 200 pax standing.

While our venue can host up to 200/210 guests (depending on setup) in a seated banquet setting and 300pax for cocktail setting, we also extend our services to other venues outside of B’york KL. This flexibility allows us to cater to diverse client preferences and budgets. Simply inform us of your desired location, along with your budget allocations for venue, food, decor, and any additional requirements such as a PA system.

  • Is the venue equipped with sound, light & audiovisual facilities?
    B'york KL is fully equipped with SLV, PA System, Speakers, Mics, Mixer, TV Screens, Projector & Projector Board. Please contact us for more information regarding these facilities.

  • Are there any restrictions or guidelines for hosting events at B'york KL?
    At B'york KL, we uphold a strict policy against smoking and any illegal activities prohibited by law. These guidelines ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests during events.   • How many guests can B'york KL accommodate?
    B'york KL can accommodate from 50pax to 260pax seated and up to 500pax cocktail standing.   • Can we bring in our own external F&B caterer?
    Yes, you may do so. While we allow clients to bring in their external caterers when purely renting our event space, we highly encourage clients to take the full package with us for a seamless and convenient event process where we handle all the necessities.
  • ⁠Is the venue halal-certified?
    At our restaurant, we strictly adhere to Halal standards in our kitchen. All our ingredients come from certified Halal suppliers and our kitchen is led by Muslim head chefs. While we don't sell alcohol on our premises, we do allow customers to bring their own. To respect everyone's preferences, we ask non-Muslim guests to use separate glassware managed by our external vendor.
  • Do you provide F&B catering services outside of B'york KL?

  • ⁠Does B’york KL have its own central kitchen?
    Yes, we have an in-house central kitchen with a team of experienced chefs skilled in preparing a variety of international cuisines.
  • Can I bring in external desserts/finger foods?
    Yes, you may choose to bring in your cake, cupcakes, special desserts, or finger foods for your event. Please inform us beforehand for us to prepare accordingly.
  • Is there a surau in the same building?
    Yes, there is a surau located at Level 5 at The Icon.
  • Are there washrooms in the venue?
    Yes, there are washrooms located at the same floor as B'york KL.
  • Is there parking available for guests?
    Yes, there are up to 600 parking bays available within The Icon building. Guests may access parking via the upward ramp leading to the upper levels. Please note that the basement parking is reserved for tenants and serves as a loading bay for external vendors to unload items. The flat rate for parking is RM8.50 on weekdays and RM5.50 on weekends. While valet services are not provided, we do offer two VIP parking spots located directly at the building entrance for eligible guests or special arrangements. Kindly note that complimentary parking is not available, as charges are managed by the building’s parking operator.
