B'york KL has all you need to make a special occasion into a memorable one. You may even find yourself ordering some of the decor for your own home.

 

These halal-friendly spaces allow people from all walks of life to curate parties to remember. Our unique approach to food service means that guests can choose from sharing platters to butler service to adding the dramatic entertainment of Live Stations where chefs will prepare food right in front of guests.

Not only will this guarantee that your guests are charmed and entertained by the culinary artisans, it ensures that your meals are at the peak of freshness.

B'york KL Main Hall

An alfresco concept where Syeba’s magical styling touch has taken her signature concept of a lush green garden and added a chic, mid-century contemporary feel to B'york KL. Located at Level 1 in G Village, this indoor garden venue space can accommodate up to 160 pax seated, 200 pax standing.

While our venue can host up to 160 guests in a seated banquet setting, we also extend our services to other venues outside of B’york KL. This flexibility allows us to cater to diverse client preferences and budgets. Simply inform us of your desired location, along with your budget allocations for venue, food, decor, and any additional requirements such as a PA system.

Multipurpose Hall 

Located at Level 3 in G Village, this space is another alternative for your events with the absence of the garden-like surroundings at B'york Main Hall.

 

Clients are able to go for a whole different feel of atmosphere and decor choices with the use of this multipurpose hall. Suitable for a total of 80 pax seated.

  • Is the venue equipped with sound, light & audiovisual facilities?
    At B'york KL, it is fully equipped with SLV, PA System, TV Screens, Projector & Projector Board. At the Multipurpose Hall @ Level 3, the venue is not equipped with SLV facilities. Therefore, we will provide an external Bluetooth-speaker with a microphone.
  • Can I visit the venue space before making a decision?

  • Are there any restrictions or guidelines for hosting events at B'york KL?
    At B'york KL, we uphold a strict policy against smoking and any illegal activities prohibited by law. These guidelines ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests during events. We pride ourselves on being adaptable and are eager to work with our guests to create a flawless and memorable event. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we welcome open discussion to tailor our services to your vision.

  • How many guests can the venue spaces accommodate?
    B'york KL can accommodate 160 pax seated, 200 pax standing. The Multipurpose Hall @ Level 3 can accommodate 80 pax seated.
  • Can we bring in our own external F&B caterer?
    Yes, you may do so. While we allow clients to bring in their external caterers when purely renting our event space, we highly encourage clients to take the full package with us for a seamless and convenient event process where we handle all the necessities.
  • ⁠Is the venue halal-certified?
    Yes. At our restaurant, we strictly adhere to Halal standards in our kitchen. All our ingredients come from certified Halal producers, and our kitchen is led by Muslim head chefs. While we don't sell alcohol on our premises, we do allow customers to bring their own. To respect everyone's preferences, we ask non-Muslim guests to use separate glassware managed by our external vendor.
  • Do you provide F&B catering services outside of B'york KL?

  • ⁠Does B’york KL has its own central kitchen?
    Yes, we have our central kitchen with a team of experienced chefs who are proficient in crafting various food choices from a diverse array of cuisines.
  • Can I bring in external desserts/finger foods?
    Yes, you may choose to bring in your cake, cupcakes, special desserts, or finger foods for your event.
  • Is there a surau in the same building?
    Yes, there is a surau located at the ground floor in G Village. Several signs are provided to indicate the direction to the surau.
  • Are there toilets in the venue?
    Yes, there are toilets located at the same floor as B'york KL, level 1. Several signs are provided to indicate the direction to the surau.
  • Is there parking available for guests?
    Yes, we provide both basement and open-air parking options for your convenience within the premises. Additionally, if you prefer, valet services are available at your own expense to add an extra layer of convenience to your visit. Kindly take note that free parking is not available, as it is subject to the discretion of our building managers.
